NOTICE TO ALL BUSINESS ASSOCIATES
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has passed a law, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, (TCPA) that requires companies to have on file a signed written authorization form giving permission to fax information to your company. Although this law has been in effect for many years, the FCC has just revised this law. Before, if there was an existing business relationship between two companies, there was no need to have written permission to send a fax. That has changed. Even though we have an established business relationship, and even though we may have in the past (and even perhaps very recent past) sent faxed quotes or literature to you and/or your company, we must now have your written authorization to do so.
